A client needs a bridge, not just a ride.

A client leaving residential and heading to a sober living house, an outpatient program, or back home is at one of the most fragile points in their recovery. The transition itself can determine how the next step goes.

Ride to Hope provides that bridge. We coordinate directly with discharge planners, case managers, and admissions teams to make sure the handoff is smooth, the client arrives safely, and nothing slips through in the gap between programs.
