The Gap We Bridge

Every ride is a
step forward.

When someone is ready to get help, that moment deserves to be met with care. Ride to Hope shows up for it.

We provide recovery-informed transportation that treats every ride as a continuation of care — not just a pickup. Our drivers are in long-term recovery themselves. They understand what this moment means. They know how to be present without adding to the weight of it.

No judgment. No rush. Just a calm, steady ride to the next step.

Every pickup is a handoff at a critical moment. When it is handled right, hope begins to feel real.

Who We Are

Built by someone who has been there.

Ride to Hope was founded by Ken Strange, who brings 19 years of personal long-term recovery experience to every transport.

Ken built this because he understood the gap from the inside. He knew what it felt like to be in that window between deciding to go and arriving somewhere safe. And he knew what it cost when no one showed up to bridge it.

Every driver on the Ride to Hope team is in long-term recovery. This is not a policy. It is the foundation of everything we do. When a client gets in the car, they are with someone who has been in a version of that seat. Someone who gets it without being told.

Who We Serve

Families trust us with their most important moment. Providers trust us with their most important clients.

For Families

By the time a plan is in place, most families are exhausted. You have had the conversations. You have made the calls. You have done everything you can.

Let us handle the next step.

We coordinate directly with you and with the treatment team. You will know when we pick up. You will know when we arrive. Nothing falls through.

And there is no cost to you or your family. Transportation is coordinated through the treatment center and included in the treatment plan.

For Providers

Admissions coordinators and discharge planners need a transportation partner that shows up, communicates, and does not create more work.

That is what Ride to Hope delivers.

Clear scheduling. Arrival confirmation. Direct communication with your team throughout. Clients who arrive calm and on time. No chasing. No uncertainty. No surprises.

Why Providers Trust Us

What providers experience
working with us.

Transportation should be the easy part. Ride to Hope exists to make sure it is.

  • 01

    Every Driver Is in Recovery

They have been in that seat. They know what this ride means without being told. That changes everything about how the transport goes — and how the client arrives.

  • 02

You Always Know What Is Happening

Pickup confirmation. Arrival confirmation. A call if anything changes. Your team is never left wondering or waiting for an update.

  • 03

    Clients Arrive the Right Way

How someone arrives affects how they engage with what comes next. Our drivers know how to hold space, stay calm, and make sure the ride itself does not add to the weight of the moment.

  • 04

    We Show Up

Providers trust us because we have earned it. We do not cancel without communication. We do not miss pickups without a call. We understand that a missed transport is not a scheduling inconvenience — it is a person who might not get another chance to go.

Timing matters.
When someone is ready,
they need to move.

Do not wait. Reach out now and we will coordinate everything from there.
